From cargo to customer. Reliability to the last mile.
Somewhere right now a driver is pulling into a station, a family is lighting a stove and a farmer is waiting on a delivery. Behind each moment is a cargo that began its journey in the Gulf. MEA Global Trading FZC, formerly Bell Weather International FZC, is the UAE-headquartered Group that makes that journey work.

We stay with the fuel until it reaches you.
It starts in Dubai and Sharjah, where our traders buy from refiners, national Oil companies and international traders. Then the cargo sets sail. Our companies in Nigeria and Niger meet it at the port and carry it on, by road, through our stations and to our customers' doors. We keep it in our own hands from ship to pump, because nobody cares about the last mile like the people who promised it.

Forecasters differ: OPEC sees Oil demand still rising in 2050, while the IEA expects it to level off towards the end of this decade. Gas demand is expected to keep growing, led by LNG. GECF's 2025 outlook has Africa's Gas demand growing about 3% a year, the fastest in the world; the 2050 figure shown is from its earlier 2022 edition.

More people means more vehicles on the road, more meals on the stove and more power switched on. Africa has about 18% of the world's people, yet uses under 5% of its Oil products.
The world is our market, with a focus on Africa.
We trade refined products and petrochemicals for buyers worldwide. Our focus is on West Africa and Africa, where demand is growing fastest: Nigeria, Niger, Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Togo and the Sahel countries, with a plan to expand across Africa. We watch global demand and Africa's fuel demand closely, because they decide where our customers are.
- Worldwide: we buy and sell refined products and petrochemicals wherever the cargo needs to go.
- Africa: the fastest-growing fuel market in the world, and the centre of our expansion.
- West Africa, Cameroon and the Sahel: Nigeria, Niger, Cameroon and the Sahel countries are where our attention is sharpest.

The most dynamic energy Group, present across Africa and worldwide, built on technology and data.
We want to be the most dynamic energy Group, creating enduring value across generations. And we want to be the most advanced downstream company in the industry: technology-driven, data-driven, and a believer in what AI can do in energy.
- 01
Enduring value
To deliver what the world depends on, through innovation and operational excellence, for customers, partners and communities.
- 02
The full value chain
We want to hold the full downstream value chain, from vessel to pump to last mile, and to be present across downstream, midstream and upstream.
- 03
More than a trading house
We are not just a trading house. Our focus is on owning assets across the Oil and Gas sector in Africa and wherever we operate, including storage tanks, stations and Gas infrastructure, and also in agriculture.
- 04
Across Africa and worldwide
We want to be present across Africa and in markets around the world, carrying the same standard of supply, technology and service into every new country.
Nigeria
200
In Nigeria we aim for up to 200 MEA stations within three years: data-driven forecourts, supplied by our own fleet.
Niger
50+
In Niger we want to own storage tanks across the country and to have more than 50 stations.
Niger visionUAE
2027
We want to grow our Gulf base into a leading trading and supply hub, with our own terminal and new offices in Singapore and Geneva in 2027.
UAE visionTechnology and AI
AI
We want to use technology efficiently in every part of the chain: forecasting demand, spotting losses, planning routes and serving customers faster.

What one name gives us
One name now stands behind every company and every department in the Group. That means the parent company, MEA Energy Trading, MEA Energy Niger, MEA Gas, MEA Logistics and Transportation, Go N' Fill, Agricliq and the teams that support them.

Better brand recognition
Put one name on every station, truck, contract and cargo, and people spot it sooner and remember it longer.
One household name
A single name that motorists, families, farmers and businesses across West Africa come to know and trust, from the forecourt to the delivery truck.
One industry name
Banks, suppliers, national Oil companies and trading houses see one identity in the Oil, Gas and commodities industry: one Group, one track record, one standard.
Clearer for partners
Trading, retail, logistics, Gas and delivery now sit under one recognisable name, so nobody has to work out which entity does what.
A shared reputation
Every station opened, cargo delivered and project completed builds the same brand. What we earn in one business strengthens all the others.
One team, one culture
One name behind every department brings teams in Dubai, Nigeria and Niger together around the same values: Leadership, Excellence, Accountability and Partnership.
Contracts, bank details and obligations continue unchanged under the new name. Updated documents are available from the Group office.
