MEA Global Trading FZC (MEA Global) was founded in 2016. Today it is the parent of the Group's trading, retail, logistics, Gas, upstream and agribusiness companies.
MEA Global began in 2016 as a trading business in the Gulf, buying refined products and sending them to West Africa. Trading was the first chapter, not the last. From our offices in Dubai and Sharjah we still buy and sell for counterparties across Africa and international markets, but the story no longer stops at the port.
Down the chain, our companies take over. MEA Energy Trading imports and sells in Nigeria and runs the MEA stations. MEA Energy Niger brings supply to the Sahel. Go N' Fill delivers fuel to the door, and Agricliq works with farmers to turn grain into trade. Everything we have built so far has been funded from our own resources.
We want to hold the whole chain, from vessel to pump to last mile, across downstream, midstream and upstream. We do not want to be just a trading house. We want to own real assets across the Oil and Gas sector in Africa and wherever we operate, and in agriculture too.
Vision.
To be the most dynamic energy Group, creating enduring value across generations.
Mission.
To deliver what the world depends on, through innovation and operational excellence.
We don't wait. We lead. We take initiative, act with courage and move as one team united by a shared purpose.
Innovate. Deliver. Elevate. Operational rigour and a drive to keep improving turn ambition into value.
We own it. The right way. We take responsibility for our decisions and results, always prioritising safety.
Together we go further. We treat every customer, colleague and stakeholder as a partner worthy of respect.
Effective 9 October 2026, Bell Weather International FZC has changed its name to MEA Global Trading FZC. Only the name has changed, not the ownership: same company, same leadership, led from Dubai.

One name now stands behind every company and every department in the Group. That means the parent company, MEA Energy Trading, MEA Energy Niger, MEA Gas, MEA Logistics and Transportation, Go N' Fill, Agricliq and the teams that support them.

Put one name on every station, truck, contract and cargo, and people spot it sooner and remember it longer.
A single name that motorists, families, farmers and businesses across West Africa come to know and trust, from the forecourt to the delivery truck.
Banks, suppliers, national Oil companies and trading houses see one identity in the Oil, Gas and commodities industry: one Group, one track record, one standard.
Trading, retail, logistics, Gas and delivery now sit under one recognisable name, so nobody has to work out which entity does what.
Every station opened, cargo delivered and project completed builds the same brand. What we earn in one business strengthens all the others.
One name behind every department brings teams in Dubai, Nigeria and Niger together around the same values: Leadership, Excellence, Accountability and Partnership.
Contracts, bank details and obligations continue unchanged under the new name. Updated documents are available from the Group office.

Ours begins in Dubai and Sharjah, where our traders buy refined products from refiners and trading houses around the world. It ends at a station forecourt in Lagos, on a truck heading for Niamey, or at a farm gate in Plateau State. Along the way, each company in the Group takes care of one stretch of the road.

Parent company
Dubai and Sharjah
Dubai and Sharjah. Where it all starts. The parent company buys and sells refined products across the world, arranges the shipping and looks after Group finance.
Trading and supplyLagos, since 2023. Where the cargo lands. It imports and wholesales fuel, supplies businesses and industry, and runs the MEA station network.
RetailNiamey, since 2025. Our newest chapter. It brings fuel to the heart of the Sahel, with a network of stations planned across Niger and beyond.
Niger siteNigeria. Gas, taken where the pipeline does not go. A mini-LNG plant alongside the AKK pipeline and a planned LPG terminal in Lagos.
MEA GasNigeria. The wheels of the Group. Our own fleet of trucks, with storage partners and haulage, so a delivery stays in our hands from depot to door.
LogisticsNigeria. The bid desk. It chases strategic downstream, midstream and upstream Oil and Gas projects.
MidstreamNigeria. Our upstream company, looking beneath the ground, with upstream veterans on the team. It took part in the most recent NUPRC licensing round.
UpstreamLagos. Fuel that comes to you. Diesel, petrol and LPG delivered on demand: you order and pay in the app.
MobilityNigeria. From fuel to food. It gathers grain from farmers, cleans, stores and trades it, with processing to follow.
Agri and commoditiesDubai and Sharjah. The Group's management consultancy.
Group functionOne more chapter is still being written. The Group holds a stakeholder position in the Zimar Group build-operate-transfer refinery and petrochemical project in Niger, and is the designated offtaker of excess refined-product volumes on completion.
We want to be the most dynamic energy Group, creating enduring value across generations. And we want to be the most advanced downstream company in the industry: technology-driven, data-driven, and a believer in what AI can do in energy.
To deliver what the world depends on, through innovation and operational excellence, for customers, partners and communities.
We want to hold the full downstream value chain, from vessel to pump to last mile, and to be present across downstream, midstream and upstream.
We are not just a trading house. Our focus is on owning assets across the Oil and Gas sector in Africa and wherever we operate, including storage tanks, stations and Gas infrastructure, and also in agriculture.
We want to be present across Africa and in markets around the world, carrying the same standard of supply, technology and service into every new country.
200
In Nigeria we aim for up to 200 MEA stations within three years: data-driven forecourts, supplied by our own fleet.
50+
In Niger we want to own storage tanks across the country and to have more than 50 stations.
Niger vision2027
We want to grow our Gulf base into a leading trading and supply hub, with our own terminal and new offices in Singapore and Geneva in 2027.
UAE visionAI
We want to use technology efficiently in every part of the chain: forecasting demand, spotting losses, planning routes and serving customers faster.
