Our reach

West Africa first, Africa next, and the world as our customers.

We are not tied to any one country. Our customers are worldwide, and our focus is West Africa and Africa, where demand is growing fastest. West Africa's population is projected to reach about 735 million by 2050 and Africa's about 2.4 billion, while OPEC expects world Oil demand to rise to about 113 million barrels a day by 2030 and 123 million by 2050. From our hubs in the Gulf, Nigeria, Niger, Ghana and Togo we supply buyers wherever the demand is, and we plan to expand across Africa.

Our vision

The most dynamic energy Group, present across Africa and worldwide, built on technology and data.

We want to be the most dynamic energy Group, creating enduring value across generations. And we want to be the most advanced downstream company in the industry: technology-driven, data-driven, and a believer in what AI can do in energy.

  1. 01

    Enduring value

To deliver what the world depends on, through innovation and operational excellence, for customers, partners and communities.

  2. 02

    The full value chain

We want to hold the full downstream value chain, from vessel to pump to last mile, and to be present across downstream, midstream and upstream.

  3. 03

    More than a trading house

We are not just a trading house. Our focus is on owning assets across the Oil and Gas sector in Africa and wherever we operate, including storage tanks, stations and Gas infrastructure, and also in agriculture.

  4. 04

    Across Africa and worldwide

We want to be present across Africa and in markets around the world, carrying the same standard of supply, technology and service into every new country.

Nigeria

200

In Nigeria we aim for up to 200 MEA stations within three years: data-driven forecourts, supplied by our own fleet.

Niger

50+

In Niger we want to own storage tanks across the country and to have more than 50 stations.

Niger vision

UAE

2027

We want to grow our Gulf base into a leading trading and supply hub, with our own terminal and new offices in Singapore and Geneva in 2027.

UAE vision

Technology and AI

AI

We want to use technology efficiently in every part of the chain: forecasting demand, spotting losses, planning routes and serving customers faster.

Where we go next

The UAE office also covers the GCC and the Far East, with Singapore and Geneva to follow in 2027.

Dubai and Sharjah today

The Group's trading base. From here we trade locally in Fujairah, Jebel Ali and Hamriyah, look after the GCC market and the Far East, and plan our own terminal in 2027.

Singapore, planned 2027

A new office to deepen our reach into Asian supply, shipping and trading relationships.

Geneva, planned 2027

A new office to put us closer to the world's major trading houses, banks and commodity financiers.

Africa, where we deliver

Offices in Lagos and Niamey, where stations, trucks and storage plans carry the supply the last mile.

“Africapitalism means we cannot leave the business of development up to our governments.”
